Prior to forming Elkin & Associates, Cheryl held senior management positions in risk management, human resources and benefits administration. She was the: · Vice President of Operations for Flores & Associates, a national leader in cafeteria plan administration. · VP Administration and Operational Team Leader for Employee Benefit Services, Inc., the nation’s 5th largest privately held TPA · Director of Human Resources, Bojangles Restaurants, Inc. Cheryl
studied Business Administration at Indiana University Southeast and Central
Connecticut State University. In August, 2000, Cheryl earned her
CFC (Certified in Flexible Compensation) with honors from
ECFC's
Academy for
Professional and Ethical Standards; and in 2003 she received her
CFCI (Certified in Flexible Compensation Instructor) designation. She holds
a North Carolina Life and Health license and is a member of the Charlotte
Association of Health Underwriters. Cheryl is also currently pursuing
her CEBS designation through the Wharton School of Business.
